The site contains 2 main modules:
- data acquisition module allows the staff to conduct testing on various test programs using various testing tools
- data analysis module allows to get reports on the testing results, and generates a program for improving efficiency in every aspect: by the employee, department, direction , management, etc.
Features
The idea is to create a full-fledged multi-functional tool for monitoring and evaluating of the staff performance - managers, vendors, consultants - based on an analysis of statistical data. The possibility of testing staff on the site is realized for data-mining purpose. Test results are presented in a convenient visual form - in the form of graphs, dashboards, charts.
